ASSOCIATE GENERAL MANAGER - E-COMMERCE @ LANDMARK GROUP
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Associate General Manager to lead our E-Commerce trading division. This leadership role is pivotal in driving the online trading function, specifically focused on fashion retail. You will be responsible for overseeing the digital storefront, optimizing commercial performance, and ensuring that the e-commerce strategy aligns with the broader organizational goals of the Landmark Group. You will lead a high-performing team, managing everything from online merchandising to strategic growth initiatives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that product ranges are presented effectively and that sales targets are consistently met or exceeded.

Key Requirements
12-14 years of total professional experience in the retail sector.
4-6 years specifically in a leadership or senior management role.
Proven background leading the online trading function for a fashion eCommerce retailer.
Experience managing the Ladieswear category is highly preferred.
Expertise in digital merchandising and online sales optimization.
Strong analytical skills to interpret trading data and market trends.
Ability to manage large budgets and drive ROI in digital channels.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Strategic thinking capability to drive long-term e-commerce growth.
Familiarity with the Middle Eastern retail landscape and consumer behavior.
