ASSISTANT DESIGN MANAGER - KNITS @ LANDMARK GROUP
The Assistant Design Manager for Knits will be a hands-on design leader responsible for driving the knits strategy within our value fashion segment. This role requires a creative individual who can translate global trends into commercially viable ranges that resonate with our target audience. Key Requirements
8-10 years of experience in fashion design specifically within the value fashion sector.
Demonstrated leadership ability in a hands-on design environment.
Expertise in developing and driving a comprehensive knits strategy.
Proven track record of creating commercially successful and on-brand ranges.
Strong knowledge of garment costings and how to design within budget constraints.
Deep understanding of quality standards and fabric specifications for knits.
Ability to manage strict production timelines and deliver designs on schedule.
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
Strong portfolio demonstrating creative flair and commercial awareness.
Excellent communication skills to work with cross-functional global teams.
