SENIOR SAP WM CONSULTANT @ LANCESOFT
LanceSoft is seeking a highly experienced Senior SAP WM Consultant to join their operations in Shepherdsville, Kentucky. This onsite role focuses on providing real-time SAP Warehouse Management (WM) support to warehouse users across critical functions such as Receiving, Putaway, Picking, Packing, and Shipping. The consultant will be deeply involved in hands-on configuration and production support, ensuring that Distribution Center (DC) operations remain efficient and technologically optimized. The role involves troubleshooting Transfer Orders (TO), RF/mobile transactions, Handling Units (HUs), and serial numbers to maintain high performance and accuracy in warehouse logistics.
In addition to technical support, the candidate will partner with warehouse supervisors and operations managers to identify and implement process improvements. Responsibilities include monitoring IDocs and system queues, analyzing warehouse KPIs, and leading RF/mobile workflow improvements. The position also requires close integration support with other modules such as SAP MM, SD, and ATTP, as well as participation in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), documentation, and data migration. Candidates should be prepared to work closely with DC shift teams and potentially travel to other Distribution Centers as required to ensure cohesive system management across the supply chain.

Key Requirements
Minimum of 12 years of hands-on experience in SAP WM configuration and production support.
Strong knowledge of SAP WM and MM master data and transaction flow processes.
Expertise in troubleshooting RF devices and barcode scanning within a warehouse setting.
Proven experience with the integration of EDI and 3PL (Third Party Logistics) systems.
Ability to create comprehensive functional specifications and collaborate effectively with ABAP developers.
Proficiency in troubleshooting Transfer Orders (TO), RF transactions, and Handling Units (HUs).
Experience monitoring IDocs, system queues, and Distribution Center (DC) interfaces.
Capability to analyze warehouse KPIs and optimize system performance based on operational data.
Strong communication skills for partnering with warehouse supervisors and operations managers.
Prior experience with SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management) is considered a major plus.
