HUMAN RESOURCE OFFICER @ LAKE CEMENT
The Human Resource Officer at Lake Cement will support the HR and Admin departments in managing a large workforce in a corporate industrial setting. This role is based at our plant in Kimbiji, Kigamboni, and requires the successful candidate to reside in the plant's staff quarters during the work week. You will be instrumental in handling employee relations, recruitment processes, and administrative documentation.
Ideal candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in HR Management and demonstrate exceptional communication skills in English. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word and Excel, is mandatory for reporting and data management tasks. You will work under the guidance of the HR Manager to ensure organizational policies are upheld and personnel matters are addressed efficiently.

Key Requirements
Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management
1 to 3 years of professional HR experience
Experience in a corporate setup with at least 100 employees
Fluency in spoken and written English
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Ability to live at plant staff quarters during the week
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of Tanzanian Labor Laws
Excellent organizational and time management skills
