CBM TECHNICIAN @ LAKE CEMENT
The CBM Technician is a critical role at Lake Cement, focusing on the implementation and management of condition-based monitoring programs. The successful candidate will be responsible for utilizing advanced tools like vibration analyzers and infrared cameras to monitor the health of plant machinery. By analyzing data and providing detailed reports, this role ensures that equipment reliability is maintained at peak levels.
Key responsibilities include performing vibration measurements on fans and gearboxes, conducting oil analysis to detect contamination, and ensuring that all rotating equipment is perfectly aligned. You will collaborate closely with maintenance and operations teams to recommend corrective actions that prevent costly breakdowns and extend the lifespan of industrial assets.

Key Requirements
3 to 5 years of experience with CBM tools
Proficiency in vibration analyzers
Experience operating infrared cameras
Knowledge of ultrasonic testers
Technical background in mechanical engineering
Strong analytical skills for data interpretation
Deep knowledge of predictive maintenance strategies
Excellent communication skills for team collaboration
Ability to perform equipment alignment and balancing
Experience in lubricant testing and oil analysis
