Key Requirements
Strong Supervisory Skills with experience in team leadership and performance management
Proficiency in Shipping & Receiving processes and Material Handling techniques
Experience in Inventory Control, including stock management and record-keeping
Ability to oversee and optimize workflows in a fast-paced environment
Prior experience in warehouse management or logistics is a plus
Proficiency in inventory management software systems
Diploma or equivalent in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
Experience in dairy, cold-chain logistics, food safety, chemicals, agrovet, and veterinary products
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
