Key Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Geology or Earth Sciences.
Extensive experience in conducting geological surveys within a mining context.
Proficiency in developing and maintaining complex geological models.
Proven track record in overseeing exploration activities and large-scale sampling programs.
Ability to provide technical advice for mine design and operational efficiency.
Thorough understanding of environmental and safety regulations in mining.
Strong analytical skills for interpreting resource data and geological maps.
Excellent leadership skills to manage exploration teams and contractors.
Experience in resource estimation and reporting standards.
Availability to work in Mbeya with travel to Dar es Salaam and other sites.
