KZS Mines Limited is seeking highly qualified and dynamic professionals to join our growing mining operations in Mbeya. These roles are critical for operational excellence and the scale-up of production processes within the Carbon-In-Pulp (CIP) plant. The successful candidates will be responsible for overseeing shift operations and ensuring that all processing activities align with the company's efficiency and safety goals.
Work will primarily be based in Mbeya, with occasional travel required to Dar es Salaam and other operational sites. This position offers a unique opportunity to lead critical mining processes and contribute to the growth of a prominent mineral operation in Tanzania. Candidates will collaborate with maintenance and engineering teams to maximize plant uptime and process improvements.

Key Requirements
Degree in Chemical Engineering, Mineral Processing, or a related technical field.
Proven experience in supervising CIP (Carbon-In-Pulp) plant operations.
Ability to manage and supervise personnel across multiple shift rotations.
Strong understanding of optimizing mineral recovery and processing efficiency.
Experience in implementing operational protocols and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Strict adherence to mining safety regulations and compliance standards.
Excellent troubleshooting skills for mineral processing plant issues.
Ability to collaborate effectively with maintenance and engineering departments.
Proficiency in monitoring and reporting on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Willingness to work in Mbeya and travel to Dar es Salaam when required.
