Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience as an IT Officer or in a similar technical support role.
Proficiency in managing and troubleshooting network infrastructure including LAN and WAN.
Strong knowledge of operating systems including Windows and Linux environments.
Hands-on experience with hardware maintenance for servers, PCs, and printers.
Ability to provide comprehensive technical support for software applications and databases.
Solid understanding of cybersecurity best practices and data protection measures.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to perform effectively under pressure.
Strong communication skills for assisting both technical and non-technical staff.
Relevant professional certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA A+, or MCSA.
