KWM Motors (Tanzania) Limited is seeking a meticulous and professional individual to join our Post Loan Department as a Quality Assurance (Inspection) officer. This role is critical to maintaining our high standards of service and operational integrity, requiring a keen eye for detail to ensure all staff and partners adhere to company procedures and ethical standards. The successful candidate will be based at our Dar es Salaam – Mwenge branch and will play a pivotal role in protecting company reputation and customer trust.
The core of this position involves continuous monitoring and evaluation of customer interactions. You will be responsible for reviewing call recordings to identify non-compliance, conducting randomized verifications with customers to detect unauthorized financial collections, and investigating suspected misconduct. The role demands an objective approach to evidence gathering and report writing, providing management with the insights needed to implement corrective actions effectively. Candidates must be prepared to start before 30-08-2025.

Key Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Quality Management, Customer Service, Finance, Accounting, Banking, or Auditing.
At least one (1) year of relevant working experience in Quality Assurance, Inspection, or Call Centre Operations.
Must be 25 years old or above.
Strong analytical and investigative skills to identify irregularities and fraud.
High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professional ethics.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
Experience in Debt Collection processes.
Proficiency in report writing and documenting corrective actions.
Ability to interpret company policies and identify service violations.
Exceptional listening skills to evaluate call recordings for compliance.
