Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field
Minimum 5 years of HR experience
At least 3 years of experience specifically in the hospitality industry
Strong knowledge of Tanzanian labour laws and HR best practices
Proven experience in recruitment and talent acquisition strategies
Expertise in employee relations and conflict resolution
Proficiency in performance management and organizational development
Experience in developing and delivering staff training programs
Deep understanding of HR compliance and regulatory requirements
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
