KwayDativa is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable & Billing Supervisor to join our dedicated financial team in Mwanza. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the billing lifecycle, ensuring accurate invoicing, and managing accounts receivable processes with high precision.
In this role, you will lead billing operations, ensure compliance with tax invoicing regulations, and maintain strong reconciliations. We are looking for a professional who can optimize our accounts receivable workflows and contribute to the overall financial health of the organization through detailed analysis and reporting.

Key Requirements
Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in Accounts Receivable, Billing, Finance, or a related role.
Supervisory or team leadership experience is an added advantage.
Strong knowledge of EFD and tax invoicing processes.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software.
Strong reconciliation, analytical, and numerical skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Must be willing to work in Mwanza.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Ability to handle high-volume financial data.
Strong interpersonal skills for internal and external communication.
