Key Requirements
Proven experience as a Chief Chef or Head Chef
Strong kitchen management skills and operational expertise
Experience in the hospitality or restaurant industry
Leadership and team supervision abilities to manage kitchen staff
In-depth knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
Ability to develop and design innovative and profitable menus
Proficiency in food cost control and inventory management
Excellent culinary skills with a focus on high food quality and presentation
Certification in culinary arts or a related field is preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
