Key Requirements
Professional Certificate in a Culinary-related field
At least 3-5 years of relevant culinary experience
Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
In-depth knowledge of food safety and kitchen regulations
Ability to handle high-pressure service environments
Capacity to mentor and train kitchen staff
Proficiency in administrative tasks related to kitchen operations
