COMMIS CHEF (2 POSITIONS) @ KWANZA RESORT
Kwanza Resort in Kizimkazi, Zanzibar, is currently looking for two enthusiastic Commis Chefs to support our bustling kitchen operations. In this role, you will work closely with our Chefs de Partie, assisting with the essential mise en place and food preparation tasks. You will be instrumental in the smooth running of the kitchen by ensuring ingredients are correctly portioned, stocks are rotated, and the highest standards of cleanliness are maintained at all times.

Key Requirements
Basic kitchen or hospitality experience is preferred
