Kusini Gateway Industrial Park LTD is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Logistics Manager to oversee operations at our Mkuranga site. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating supply chain activities, managing inventory, and optimizing transportation routes to ensure timely delivery of industrial goods. You will work closely with the management team to implement strategies that enhance operational efficiency and maintain the highest standards of service for our clients and stakeholders.
In addition to operational oversight, the Logistics Manager will be tasked with monitoring staff performance, ensuring compliance with safety protocols, and managing logistics documentation. This role requires a professional who can troubleshoot logistics challenges effectively, maintain clear communication across departments, and foster a culture of integrity and professionalism within the industrial park environment.

Key Requirements
Bachelor degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management
Strong leadership and team management skills
Proficiency in logistics software and ERP systems
Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
Knowledge of local transportation regulations and safety standards
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Strong communication skills in both English and Swahili
Demonstrated ability to improve operational processes
Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
