KPR Consultancy Limited is currently recruiting a dynamic and results-oriented IT Sales Executive on behalf of one of their prestigious clients in the technology sector. The primary focus of this role is to drive business growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities within the IT landscape in Dar es Salaam. The successful candidate will act as a consultant to prospective clients, understanding their specific technology needs and proposing tailored solutions that add significant value to their operations.

The role involves managing the end-to-end sales process, including lead generation through cold outreach, networking, and referral systems. Responsibilities include qualifying opportunities, delivering professional product demonstrations, and preparing detailed commercial proposals. The executive will also be expected to use CRM tools like Odoo to manage the sales pipeline effectively and ensure all targets are met. This position offers a great opportunity for a professional with a background in B2B sales to grow within a fast-paced technology environment.

Key Requirements

Diploma or degree in IT, Business, Marketing, or a related field of study. A minimum of 1 year of experience in IT sales, technology solutions, or a related B2B sales role. Demonstrated proficiency in CRM software, with a specific preference for Odoo experience. Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills to close complex deals. Proven ability to prospect and generate leads through cold outreach and professional networking. Experience in managing the full sales cycle from initial discovery through to closing. Ability to present and demo IT products and services tailored to specific client needs. Skill in preparing professional proposals, quotations, and negotiating commercial terms. Strong analytical skills to understand market trends and identify potential client pain points.
