STORE KEEPER @ KPD CLEARING
The Store Keeper is responsible for managing the inventory of our Dar es Salaam cafe and restaurant. This includes receiving goods, checking for quality, organizing the stockroom, and ensuring accurate records of all incoming and outgoing items. You must ensure that inventory levels are optimal to prevent shortages while minimizing waste. Integrity, organization, and a good grasp of inventory control systems are vital for this position. You will play a crucial role in managing our food costs and ensuring kitchen and service staff have the necessary tools to perform their duties.
Key Requirements
Experience in inventory or warehouse management
Fluent in English
Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
Knowledge of safety procedures in storage
Competency with inventory management software
Ability to manage physical loading and unloading
High level of integrity and trustworthiness
Attention to detail for auditing stocks
Good communication with suppliers
Willingness to perform routine manual tasks
