RESTAURANT MANAGER @ KPD CLEARING
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Restaurant Manager to join our fast-growing café in Dar es Salaam. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for the overall administration and operations of the dining area, ensuring seamless coordination between the kitchen and floor staff. You will oversee budget management, staff scheduling, and customer relations to ensure we maintain our reputation for excellence. Candidates must demonstrate deep knowledge of the hospitality industry and a passion for delivering premium guest experiences. Your leadership will be key in maintaining our high operational standards and fostering a welcoming environment for all patrons.
Key Requirements
At least 3-5 years of experience in restaurant management
Fluent in English language
Commitment to international hospitality standards
Experience in staff scheduling and performance management
Strong knowledge of food service operations
Demonstrated financial literacy in cost control
Excellent conflict resolution and communication skills
Ability to maintain high hygiene and safety standards
Strong leadership and decision-making capabilities
Professional certification in hospitality is preferred
