The Barista is at the heart of our coffee experience in Dar es Salaam. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about coffee and skilled in crafting excellent espresso-based drinks, including latte art. You will be responsible for operating commercial coffee machines, maintaining the cleanliness of the coffee bar, and providing expert knowledge to customers regarding our coffee beans and blends. Key Requirements
Hands-on experience as a professional barista
Proficiency in latte art and espresso extraction
Fluent in English
Strong passion for coffee quality and knowledge
Commitment to maintaining clean equipment
Engaging and friendly personality
Ability to work in a high-pressure coffee shop
Knowledge of different milk steaming techniques
Willingness to explain menu options to customers
Attention to detail in drink preparation
