ASSISTANT RESTAURANT MANAGER @ KPD CLEARING
The Assistant Restaurant Manager will support the Restaurant Manager in all daily operations to ensure our Dar es Salaam location runs efficiently. This role involves supervising the front-of-house team, managing customer feedback, and maintaining the highest levels of service quality. The ideal candidate is a proactive individual who can take initiative to support team needs and handle operational challenges on the fly. You will gain valuable experience in high-level management within a growing brand, assisting with staff training and the implementation of standard operating procedures to uphold our international hospitality standards.
Key Requirements
Relevant assistant management experience in restaurants
Fluent in English
Strong commitment to international hospitality standards
Hands-on service skills
Good organizational and multitasking abilities
Willingness to learn and support management objectives
Ability to handle customer complaints professionally
Strong team player with a positive attitude
Basic computer skills for report generation
