Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Procurement and Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
Professional registration with PSPTB is highly preferred for this role.
At least 3 years of experience in procurement, logistics, or supply chain.
Solid knowledge of modern sourcing and procurement techniques.
Strong negotiation and networking skills to manage supplier relationships.
Ability to analyze market trends and conduct supplier performance reviews.
Proficiency in procurement software and advanced MS Excel functions.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to produce detailed reports.
High level of integrity and commitment to ethical procurement standards.
Ability to work under pressure, manage priorities, and meet strict deadlines.
