MAINTENANCE MANAGER/TECHNICIAN @ KOSTIV TANZANIA GROUP LIMITED
Kostiv Tanzania Group Limited is seeking a proactive Maintenance Manager/Technician to oversee the upkeep and repair of our facilities and equipment in Tanzania. The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure that all machinery and infrastructure are in optimal working condition to minimize downtime and ensure operational continuity. You will be responsible for leading the maintenance team and managing all technical aspects of the facility to meet international standards.

Key Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
Proven experience in maintenance management or as a senior maintenance technician.
Strong technical knowledge of machinery, equipment, and building systems.
Ability to develop and implement effective preventive maintenance schedules.
Excellent troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving skills.
Thorough knowledge of health and safety (OSHA) regulations.
Ability to lead, supervise, and mentor a technical maintenance team.
Proficiency in using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
Strong organizational and time management skills for managing multiple tasks.
Ability to work flexible hours and respond quickly to facility emergencies.
