The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with our business goals while fostering a positive and productive work environment. This role involves managing the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and professional development.
As an HR Manager, you will serve as a link between management and employees, addressing demands, grievances, and other issues with professional diplomacy. You will ensure compliance with national labor regulations and oversee payroll, benefits administration, and employee safety programs. Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related social science field.
Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar leadership role in HR.
In-depth knowledge of Tanzanian labor laws and contemporary HR best practices.
Strong organizational and leadership skills to manage a diverse workforce.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for internal and external relations.
Proven experience in recruitment, onboarding, and strategic talent management.
Ability to handle complex employee relations and conflict resolution effectively.
Proficiency in HRIS platforms and advanced MS Office applications.
Ability to develop and implement long-term HR strategies and policies.
High level of confidentiality, professionalism, and ethical conduct.
