MARKETING OFFICER (1 POST) @ KOROSHO INVESTMENT TANZANIA LIMITED (KITL)
KOROSHO INVESTMENT TANZANIA LIMITED (KITL) is looking for a driven and detail-oriented Marketing Officer to join their team in Mtwara. This professional will be responsible for identifying new business growth opportunities and developing strategies to increase KITL's sales. The role requires strong business acumen, with the ability to negotiate effectively and make sound decisions that benefit the organization. The ideal candidate will also demonstrate excellent management, communication, and analytical skills.
Key responsibilities include supporting the development and execution of marketing strategies, monitoring industry trends, and managing proposal development processes. The officer will also manage website and social media platforms to enhance brand visibility and engagement. Additionally, the role involves maintaining client relationships, gathering feedback, and resolving complaints to ensure high satisfaction levels. The candidate will collaborate with internal teams and partners to achieve organizational goals while assisting in budgeting and tracking expenditures.

Key Requirements
Holder of Bachelor Degree or Advanced Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or Agricultural Economics.
Minimum of three (3) years' experience in Business Development, Sales and/or Marketing.
Must be a citizen of Tanzania aged between 25 and 35 years.
Strong business acumen with the ability to negotiate effectively and make sound decisions.
Excellent management, communication, and analytical skills.
Proficiency in monitoring industry trends and preparing market insights/reports.
Experience in managing website and social media platforms for brand engagement.
Ability to plan and coordinate events, seminars, and partnerships with stakeholders.
Competence in budgeting, tracking expenditures, and optimizing resource use.
Willingness to travel to other regions from the Mtwara duty station.
