MONITORING & EVALUATION (M&E) PROFESSIONAL @ KORN FERRY

Key Requirements
Demonstrated experience designing and implementing M&E frameworks in development or humanitarian settings.
Proficiency in quantitative and qualitative data collection methodologies.
In-depth understanding of donor compliance requirements across multilateral and bilateral funding streams.
Ability to lead baseline studies, mid-term reviews, and final evaluations.
Skilled in data visualization, reporting, and translating evidence into programmatic decision making.
Experience supporting adaptive management and organizational learning.
Expertise in results frameworks, logframes, and impact measurement.
Proficiency with data analysis software such as SPSS, Stata, or NVivo.
Strong leadership skills to manage MEAL teams and oversee program performance.
Excellent communication skills for high-level donor reporting and stakeholder engagement.
