DIRECTOR OF FINANCE @ KORN FERRY
An industry-leading multinational is seeking a Director of Finance to drive financial strategy, oversee reporting, and partner with executive leadership on business growth initiatives. This strategic role involves overseeing all financial operations, ensuring alignment with global corporate objectives, and managing large-scale finance teams in a dynamic environment. The salary for this position is $140,000 – $190,000 per year (tax-free). The successful candidate will be responsible for complex financial modeling and high-level decision-making processes. This role offers strategic leadership exposure at the executive level with premium benefits and a fast-track path to CFO opportunities. The position is a full-time, on-site role in Dubai, working five days per week. Immediate availability or a 30-day notice period is preferred to ensure a smooth transition into the leadership team.
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, or CA is highly preferred.
10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience in a multinational environment.
Strong expertise in IFRS standards, budgeting, and financial forecasting.
Proven track record of managing and developing large finance teams.
Demonstrated ability to partner with executive leadership on strategic initiatives.
Advanced proficiency in financial software, ERP systems, and data analytics tools.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills for executive-level reporting.
Strong analytical skills with a focus on business growth and operational efficiency.
Availability to start immediately or within a 30-day notice period.
