LOGISTICS MANAGER @ KOM GROUP OF COMPANIES
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Logistics Manager to lead our supply chain and transport operations across the group's various industries. The Logistics Manager will be responsible for optimizing distribution networks, managing fleet operations, and ensuring that goods are moved efficiently and cost-effectively from production sites to market. You will oversee warehouse management and procurement processes to maintain seamless operations within our expanding business units.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration.
At least 5 years of experience in logistics management, preferably in a group of companies.
Proven track record in fleet management and transport optimization.
Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and inventory control procedures.
Ability to analyze supply chain data and implement cost-saving initiatives.
Experience in managing large teams of drivers, warehouse staff, and coordinators.
Familiarity with Tanzanian transport regulations and customs procedures.
Excellent negotiation skills for dealing with suppliers and third-party logistics providers.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.
