GROUP ACCOUNTANT @ KOM GROUP OF COMPANIES

Key Requirements
Professional qualification such as CPA (T), ACCA, or equivalent.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in senior accounting or group-level finance roles.
Proven expertise in consolidating financial statements for multiple business units.
Deep knowledge of IFRS and Tanzanian tax laws (VAT, Income Tax, etc.).
Advanced proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel for financial modeling.
Strong leadership and team management skills to oversee diverse accounting teams.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with high attention to detail.
Experience in managing external audit processes and internal control implementation.
Strong communication skills for reporting financial data to executive stakeholders.
