SHIPPING COORDINATOR @ KMC ME
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Shipping Coordinator to join our team in Sharjah. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing both domestic and international shipments, specifically focusing on stone and tile products. This role requires immediate joiners who can hit the ground running in a fast-paced logistics environment, ensuring the safe handling of fragile and oversized materials.
Key duties include preparing essential shipping documents such as Bills of Lading and packing lists, handling customs clearance through the Dubai Trade e-Mirsal system, and liaising with freight forwarders and warehouses to ensure timely delivery. The position offers a monthly salary ranging from AED 7,000 to AED 8,000, depending on experience. Candidates must possess a valid UAE driving license and have a solid understanding of international shipping regulations and UAE customs procedures.

Key Requirements
2+ years of shipping or logistics coordination experience in the UAE.
Strong knowledge of Bills of Lading and packing list preparation.
Proficiency in Dubai Trade and e-Mirsal processes for customs clearance.
Familiarity with UAE customs regulations and international shipping protocols.
Possession of a valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple shipments simultaneously.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Previous experience in the building materials industry, specifically with stone and tile products.
Ability to coordinate effectively with freight forwarders, warehouses, and internal sales teams.
Competence in handling documentation and logistics for fragile and oversized materials.
