Key Requirements
Bachelor Degree in Accounting and Finance, or related field.
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) by the National Board of Accountants and Auditors (NBAA).
Strong commitment to professional ethics, integrity, and quality service delivery.
Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
At least five (5) years of working experience in a hospital setting.
Proficiency in using accounting software and advanced Microsoft Excel for financial reporting.
Knowledge of Tanzanian tax laws and statutory compliance requirements including PAYE, NSSF, and VAT.
Ability to prepare accurate financial statements and manage hospital budgets effectively.
Experience in inventory management and medical billing systems within a clinical environment.
Strong analytical skills and extreme attention to detail in auditing financial records.
Ability to work under pressure and meet strict financial reporting deadlines.
