Kitonka Medical Hospital is a Regional Referral Hospital situated in the Ukonga Gongo la Mboto area within the Ilala Municipality of Dar es Salaam. Key Requirements
Bachelor Degree in Accounting and Finance, or related field.
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) by the National Board of Accountants and Auditors (NBAA).
Strong commitment to professional ethics, integrity, and quality service delivery.
Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
At least five (5) years of working experience in a hospital setting (added advantage).
Proficiency in accounting software and financial management systems.
In-depth knowledge of Tanzanian tax laws and financial regulations.
Ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality and professional integrity.
Strong analytical skills for budget preparation and variance analysis.
Ability to produce accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
