Key Requirements
Diploma in Nursing from a recognized institution.
Registered with the Tanzania Nursing and Midwifery Council (TNMC) and possess a valid practicing license.
At least one (1) year of relevant clinical experience in a reputable hospital.
Excellent clinical judgment and patient care skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong teamwork, integrity, and professionalism.
Basic computer literacy skills.
Ability to maintain strict patient confidentiality.
Knowledge of infection prevention and control protocols.
