GENERAL SURGEON @ KITENGULE HOSPITAL
Kitengule Hospital is seeking an energetic and experienced General Surgeon to join our medical facility for the provision of high-quality patient care. The candidate will be responsible for performing a wide range of surgical procedures, diagnosing medical conditions, and reviewing patient histories to determine the best course of action. You will work closely with other medical professionals to ensure that patients receive comprehensive care before, during, and after their surgical treatments. Performance of endoscopy procedures and specialized consultations are also integral parts of this role. In addition to clinical duties, the successful surgeon will demonstrate strong leadership and organizational skills within the surgical team. You will be expected to make critical decisions, recommend further treatments when necessary, and maintain a high standard of professional conduct and communication. Key Requirements
Master of Medicine (MMed) in Surgery
Valid practicing license
At least two years working experiences
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Good organizational and leadership skills
Strong teamworking abilities
Effective problem-solving skills
Proficiency in performing endoscopy procedures
Ability to review patient medical history and plan treatment
Competence in recommending patients for further treatments or specialists
