Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Education, or a related field.
Strong interest in research, monitoring and evaluation.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to design and implement M&E frameworks.
Experience with data collection and analysis tools (e.g., SPSS, Excel).
Proficiency in report writing and presentation.
