Kisma Transport Company Ltd is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Fleet Stores Controller to join our dynamic team in Tanzania. In this role, you will be responsible for the comprehensive management of spare parts, tyres, and various workshop consumables essential for our extensive truck fleet operations. As a key user of our ERP system, you will play a vital role in ensuring that all stock movements are accurately logged and that part requisitions are processed swiftly to minimize fleet downtime.
The successful candidate will maintain real-time inventory accuracy, which is critical for the efficiency of our workshop and the overall reliability of our transport services. You will work closely with the maintenance team to forecast part requirements and ensure that necessary supplies are always available. This position requires a high degree of integrity and organization to safeguard company assets and streamline the procurement and storage processes within a fast-paced transport environment.

Key Requirements
Diploma in Stores Management or a related field.
Proven experience in a transport or automotive workshop environment.
Proficiency in ERP systems, particularly inventory or procurement modules.
High integrity and professional ethical standards.
Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
Ability to manage and track spare parts, tyres, and workshop consumables.
Experience in logging stock movements and maintaining real-time inventory accuracy.
Competency in processing part requisitions efficiently.
Ability to work in a high-pressure fleet operation environment.
