WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR @ KIOOGLASS
Kiooglass is seeking a dedicated and organized Warehouse Supervisor to join the Stores department in Dar es Salaam. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the warehouse within our manufacturing facility. This includes managing staff, ensuring accurate inventory records, and maintaining a safe and efficient working environment to support the company's production goals.
You will play a crucial role in the supply chain process, coordinating the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods. Ideal candidates should possess a degree in Procurement or Supply Chain Management and have significant experience in a manufacturing setting to ensure streamlined logistics operations. The role requires a proactive individual capable of troubleshooting warehouse discrepancies and implementing best practices in stock management.

Key Requirements
Graduate in Procurement and supply chain management or related field.
2-3 years work experience in a manufacturing environment.
Proficiency in inventory management software and data entry.
Strong leadership and team management skills to direct warehouse staff.
Comprehensive knowledge of warehouse safety procedures and regulations.
Ability to manage and optimize storage space effectively for raw materials.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills for meeting deadlines.
Ability to generate accurate inventory reports and conduct regular audits.
Strong communication skills for coordinating with production and procurement departments.
High level of attention to detail in tracking shipments and supplies.
