Kioo Limited, established in 1963, serves as the premier manufacturer of glass packaging solutions for the beverage and food industries across East and Central Africa. We are currently expanding our operations and invite a dedicated professional to join our Quality Control Department as a Supervisor. This role is pivotal in ensuring our glass products meet the highest industry standards before they reach our diverse clientele.
The successful candidate will oversee daily QC processes, manage departmental workflows, and ensure strict adherence to safety and quality protocols. You will work closely with production teams to identify areas for improvement and maintain the operational excellence that Kioo Limited is known for throughout the region.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any field
Minimum of 3-4 years of professional experience in a process industry
Strong leadership and supervisory skills
Ability to maintain strict quality control standards
Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Proficiency in reporting and documentation
Knowledge of industrial safety protocols
Strong communication and team coordination skills
Attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
Adaptability to rotating shifts or operational demands
