Key Requirements
Hold a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from a recognized institution.
Possess at least 2 years of relevant professional experience in an industrial or manufacturing setting.
Demonstrate proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing complex electrical machinery and systems.
Have a solid understanding of Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) and industrial control systems.
Ability to interpret and modify electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.
In-depth knowledge of electrical safety standards (e.g., OSHA, IEEE) and local regulatory compliance.
Experience with high-voltage power distribution systems and industrial motor control centers.
Strong analytical skills to identify root causes of equipment failure and implement long-term solutions.
Effective communication skills for coordinating with cross-functional teams and reporting technical issues.
