Kioo Glass is seeking a highly motivated Mechanical Engineer to join our manufacturing facility as a Trainee. You will work alongside experienced professionals to gain hands-on experience in machinery maintenance, production line optimization, and system troubleshooting, ensuring the continuous efficiency of our glass manufacturing processes. During this intensive trainee program, you will be responsible for assisting in the installation of new equipment, performing regular technical audits, and supporting the maintenance team in routine repairs. Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized institution.
Must be a fresh graduate ready to undergo an intensive trainee program.
Strong understanding of mechanical principles, thermodynamics, and fluid mechanics.
Ability to interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and engineering specifications.
Basic proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD or SolidWorks.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a high level of analytical thinking.
Effective communication skills with fluency in English and Swahili.
A strong commitment to workplace safety and adherence to OSHA regulations.
Willingness to work in shifts and adapt to the demands of a 24/7 manufacturing plant.
