INSTRUMENTATION TECHNICIAN @ KIOO GLASS
Kioo Glass is seeking aspiring Instrumentation Technicians to join our trainee program. This role is essential for candidates who wish to specialize in the measurement and control systems that are critical to the glass manufacturing process. As a trainee, you will learn how to calibrate, install, and maintain sensors, transmitters, and control valves, ensuring that our production processes remain within precise technical parameters. Working under the guidance of expert technicians, you will gain hands-on experience in diagnosing instrument failures and performing routine calibrations. The position is designed to build your technical competence in industrial instrumentation through a mix of supervised work and practical training. Key Requirements
Certificate or Diploma in Instrumentation, Electronics, or a related field.
Must be a fresh graduate ready for a trainee-level position.
Basic knowledge of industrial instruments such as pressure and temperature sensors.
Understanding of control loops and automated manufacturing processes.
Ability to read and interpret P&IDs (Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams).
Precise manual skills for handling delicate electronic and mechanical components.
Strong safety awareness and dedication to following industrial protocols.
Ability to work cooperatively within a technical maintenance team.
Willingness to learn and adapt to specific glass manufacturing technologies.
Basic analytical skills to troubleshoot instrument inaccuracies.
