ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE OFFICER (2 POSITIONS) @ KINGLION INVESTMENT COMPANY LIMITED
Kinglion Investment Company Limited is seeking two dynamic and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Officers to join our growing finance team in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. The successful candidates will be responsible for managing the full accounts receivable cycle, ensuring accurate invoicing, and maintaining healthy customer payment relationships. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our financial health by monitoring outstanding payments, reconciling accounts, and supporting month-end closing activities. You will work closely with both internal departments and our valued customers to resolve billing discrepancies promptly. Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or a similar accounting role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills.
High level of accuracy, integrity and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Excellent problem-solving skills regarding billing disputes.
Proficiency in basic data entry and financial record keeping.
Knowledge of standard tax regulations and compliance.
Ability to multitask and handle high volumes of customer accounts.
