KIMARO MOBILE LIMITED is seeking a skilled and assertive Male Debt Collector to join our team in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. The primary responsibilities of this role include diligently following up on overdue payments and effectively negotiating with clients to recover outstanding debts. This position requires a proactive individual who can maintain positive relationships while ensuring financial obligations are met.The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, a keen eye for detail, and strong computer literacy. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts and working towards collection targets. This role is specifically designated for male applicants aged between 24 and 29 years, holding a certificate in any field, as men are prioritized for this position.
Key Requirements
Proven ability to follow up effectively on overdue payments
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills for debt recovery
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
High level of attention to detail in record-keeping and account management
Proficiency in computer literacy, including basic office software
Ability to work under pressure and consistently meet collection targets
