Key Requirements
Certificate to Degree level
Able to work night shifts
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
Understanding of debt collection laws and regulations in Tanzania
Proficiency in financial accounting software and MS Excel
High level of integrity and professional ethics
Ability to work with targets and meet collection deadlines
Excellent record-keeping and documentation skills
Good interpersonal skills for dealing with difficult clients
Analytical mindset to assess creditworthiness and repayment plans
