KRTO is looking for a dedicated Co Manager, Operations and Systems Lead to join our team in Moshi, Tanzania. You will be responsible for the logistical and systematic backbone of our ethical tourism initiatives, ensuring that our operations are efficient, transparent, and scalable.

You will manage the systems that track porter welfare and environmental standards, ensuring that KRTO remains at the forefront of responsible trekking on Mount Kilimanjaro. Key Requirements
Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a similar field.
Demonstrated experience in managing operations and designing efficient organizational systems.
High level of proficiency in data management tools and software.
Strong background in logistics, preferably within the tourism or outdoor industry.
Proven track record of improving operational workflows and accountability.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate complex challenges.
Experience in team management and fostering a collaborative work environment.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data-driven decision-making.
Fluency in English; knowledge of Swahili is highly advantageous.
Willingness to work in a lean, fast-paced, and impact-driven setting.
