SALES CONSULTANT @ KILIMANJARO OPERATIONS
We are looking for a high-performing Sales Consultant with deep knowledge of Tanzania’s spectacular destinations. You will be responsible for designing tailored travel experiences across various regions including Zanzibar, the Northern Circuit, the Western Circuit, and the Southern Circuit. The role involves managing enquiries, preparing accurate quotes, and providing excellent customer service via email and phone. Additionally, you will coordinate with operations and finance teams to ensure accurate handovers and sales updates while promoting sustainable travel practices. Candidates should be decisive and customer-focused with a knack for closing deals. Key Requirements
Experienced Tour Consultant/Sales professional with at least 2 years in tourism.
Strong knowledge of Tanzania’s national parks, wildlife, and safari lodges.
Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Decisive, customer-focused, and demonstrates strong leadership abilities.
Ability to design tailored travel experiences and handle bookings.
Proficient in managing enquiries and preparing accurate quotes.
Expertise in handling last-minute changes and providing customer service.
Knowledge of sustainable travel practices and coordination.
Ability to collaborate effectively with operations and finance teams.
