Kilakat is seeking a dedicated and trustworthy individual to join our team as an Agency Teller and Shopkeeper. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily mobile money transactions (Wakala), ensuring accuracy in record-keeping using Microsoft Excel, and overseeing general shop operations. This role requires a high level of accountability and the ability to provide excellent service to our customers in the Kijitonyama area.
Responsibilities include processing deposits and withdrawals, maintaining stock levels, and balancing daily sales reports. Candidates must be between 20 and 26 years old and reside within or near Kijitonyama to ensure punctuality and convenience. Key Requirements
Aged between 20 and 26 years.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel for record-keeping and reporting.
High level of honesty and professional integrity.
Must provide three reliable and verifiable guarantors.
Proficiency in English is a significant added advantage.
Must be a resident of Kijitonyama or surrounding areas in Dar es Salaam.
Previous experience in mobile money agency operations (Wakala) is preferred.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to manage shop inventory and detailed sales records.
Capacity to work independently with minimal supervision in a retail environment.
