KIJENGE ANIMAL PRODUCTS LTD. (KAPL) is looking for an experienced Accountant to manage the financial operations at their Arusha facility. This full-time position requires a strong understanding of financial principles and regulatory compliance. Key responsibilities include ensuring complete tax compliance according to TRA regulations and overseeing all aspects of financial reporting.
The successful candidate will manage reconciliations, participate in audits, and handle inventory accounting. Proficiency in ERP systems and Excel is crucial for accurate reporting and statutory filings. This role is vital for maintaining the financial integrity and transparency of KAPL.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Minimum 2 years' accounting experience
Knowledge of TRA regulations
Knowledge of tax compliance procedures
Proficiency in ERP systems
Advanced proficiency in Excel
CPA(T), ACCA, or equivalent is an advantage
Ability to manage comprehensive financial reporting
Experience with bank and ledger reconciliations
Familiarity with audit processes and statutory filings
