Key Requirements
Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
Minimum 2-3 years' experience in sales or customer-facing role.
Good communication skills and market knowledge.
Self-motivated, target driven and able to work independently in the field.
Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to close deals effectively.
Ability to build and maintain robust client relationships and expand customer base.
In-depth product knowledge of animal feed or agro-products is highly desirable.
Extensive experience in field sales, including prospecting and client visits.
Proficiency in sales reporting and managing a sales pipeline effectively.
