Key Requirements
Diploma/Certificate in Mechanical Engineering, Plant Maintenance or Industrial Mechanics.
Minimum 3 years' experience in maintenance of animal feed machines and industrial equipment.
Good knowledge of mechanical systems, welding, fabrication and preventive maintenance.
Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve mechanical malfunctions efficiently.
Strict adherence to safety protocols and procedures in a manufacturing environment.
Capability to read and accurately interpret technical drawings and maintenance manuals.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail for precise repairs.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills to collaborate with colleagues.
Proficiency in using various hand and power tools safely and effectively.
